West Bromwich Albion look to be closing in on the signing of Paris Saint Germain starlet Youssouf Mulumbu.
Earlier this week PSG prevented the DR Congo international from training at the Hawthorns, insisting they would only consider a permanent transfer.
Now, with Mulumbu out of contract in the summer, PSG are reported to have accepted a bid of £230,000 from West Brom, with a clause giving them 20 per cent of any future transfer fee.
French sources claim the 21-year-old is in the Midlands undergoing a medical ahead of him completing a deal.
West Brom are ready to hand the highly-rated midfielder, who has featured over a dozen times for PSG's first-team, a two-and-half-year contract.
