Newcastle interim boss Joe Kinnear has been hit with a second Football Association charge after being dismissed at the weekend.
Kinnear was sent to the stands in Saturday's 2-2 draw with Stoke at St James' Park and has been charged with using abusive and insulting words towards a match official.
The 61-year-old was also charged with improper conduct after branding Martin Atkinson a "Mickey Mouse referee" following his side's 2-1 defeat at Fulham on 9th November.
Kinnear recently saw his temporary contract with the Magpies extended to the end of the season as owner Mike Ashley puts plans to sell the club on hold.
The former Wimbledon and Nottingham Forest manager only arrived in the North East in September following the shock departure of Kevin Keegan.
