Inter Milan have insisted there is no truth in rumours linking Chelsea striker Didier Drogba with a move to the club.
Drogba's future has been the subject of speculation for some time and reports have suggested that Inter are keen to sign the Ivory Coast international.
The transfer talk intensified last month when it was alleged that Drogba met Inter sporting director Marco Branca in a London restaurant.
However, Branca is adamant that the 30-year-old will not be heading to Serie A when the transfer window reopens in January.
"There's no Drogba dream," Branca told the Italian club's official website.
"Inter already have numerous strikers that cover every role.
"Drogba has been at Chelsea for many years and is doing well there. We have our strikers that are also doing well here.
"It is just media speculation."
Drogba has never hidden his admiration for former Blues boss Jose Mourinho, who is currently in charge at the Giuseppe Meazza.
But he stressed over the weekend that he was focused on fighting for trophies with Chelsea this season.
