Florent Malouda has rubbished reports suggesting he could be set for a summer move away from Chelsea.
The French winger has taken time to settle in English football since his arrival from Lyon in 2007, but has been in sparkling form of late under the careful guidance of Guus Hiddink.
He was strongly linked with Italian giants Juventus earlier in the season and there would be no shortage of takers were he to become available on the open market.
However, the 28-year-old insists he remains fully committed to the Blues and has no intention of breaking the three-year contract he penned upon his arrival at Stamford Bridge.
"I am not responsible for the rumours. I have never said that I want to leave Chelsea or go there or there," Malouda told skysports.com.
"Nobody at the club has said that they want me to leave. I signed a long-term contract and I have no desire to exit that contract at the end of the season.
"You cannot afford when you are a player to say it is not right, or that I didn't say this or that, but I trust people at Chelsea Football Club, who I have to talk to when I have problems, and it didn't come from them. That is not the way things work here and I have full confidence in the club.
"You will see at the end of the season that I am not going anywhere."
Malouda's recent revival coincided with the appointment of Hiddink back in February, with the Dutchman having brought the best out of a number of Chelsea's underperforming stars.
The experienced coach has revitalised a side which appeared to be stagnating under Luiz Felipe Scolari and he could yet end the season with an FA Cup and UEFA Champions League double.
"The way he analyses things, he makes things simple," said Malouda on Hiddink's Midas touch.
"When you don't get the results everybody complicates things. People start looking for reasons why, but the manager's role is to make things easier and I think we have gone back to basics."
Hiddink remains adamant that he will be stepping down from his post at Chelsea at the end of the season, to focus on his role with the Russia national team, but Malouda insists the uncertainty surrounding the managerial situation at the Blues will not have an adverse affect on performances.
"He is in contract with the Russians and they gave him the right to come to the club because of his relationship with our owner (Roman Abramovich). Everybody knew that before he came, so everybody is just focused on the games we have to play," he added.
"For us it is clear, it is a short-term contract and after that we will have to see. We don't know who the new manager will be, but that is the way things are. We are not waiting, we are focused on what we have to do."
