West Brom loanee Juan Carlos Menseguez is considering a return to The Hawthorns next season.
The 25-year-old joined the Premier League strugglers from San Lorenzo in January.
He has performed well in recent matches and manager Tony Mowbray has admitted that he was considering trying to keep him.
Skysports.com understands there is rival interest from other Premier League clubs, but his English representative Barry McIntosh has confirmed that West Brom are keen to retain his services.
"West Brom have indicated to us that they would like Menseguez to stay," McIntosh told.
"He is now considering his options for next season, nothing has been decided."
