West Brom boss Tony Mowbray has heaped praise on Argentine winger Juan Carlos Menseguez.
The on-loan San Lorenzo midfielder scored his first goal for the club in the 3-0 victory over Sunderland on Saturday, and Mowbray has admitted he will be using him more often in the run-in.
"I think you've got a fair chance of seeing some more of him in the next weeks because he is becoming accustomed to things," said Mowbray.
"Juan Carlos scored a great goal. He is a boy who has taken time to adapt to the English game. He came from the top division in Argentina, having scored plenty of goals over there.
"He deserved a chance against Sunderland on Saturday and, when he went on, he looked good."
Mowbray has praised the attributes the winger possesses and believes he can be a success in the Premier League.
"He has got great feet, is very hard to shake off the ball, and I think he can give teams problems.
"He is a very talented individual. It was a question of whether he could adapt in time to the speed and physicality of the Premier League - but he has the quality.
"He has been very patient and I thought his game, when he went on, was just right for us and what we needed."
But the Baggies boss has also praised the attitude of the 25 year-old who has not seen many minutes since his loan move.
"He asked to play against Chelsea in the reserves last week and scored twice. He deserved his opportunity.
"He is an extremely talented individual and on the training ground I have seen more of what is required in this league in recent weeks."
Mowbray will decide on whether to keep hold of the dynamic winger in the summer, once the club's fate has been secured.
"The situation is very similar to Marc-Antoine Fortune in that there is an agreed figure.
"We will wait and see."
