Arsenal striker Eduardo admits he has learnt to take niggling injuries in his stride.
The Croatia international spent almost a year on the sidelines recovering from a horrific broken leg sustained against Birmingham in February 2008.
There had initially been concerns as to whether he would ever play again after the infamous incident at St Andrews, but he has bounced back in commendable style.
He was among the goals on his return to the Arsenal side in an FA Cup tie against Cardiff, before being laid low once again by a hamstring complaint.
He again notched in the cup as the Gunners saw off Burnley, but then picked up a groin strain during a UEFA Champions League clash with Roma.
Eduardo could be forgiven for thinking he is cursed, but the affable 26-year-old insists he accepts injuries are part of his profession.
"Really, it's nothing now for me to deal with these small injuries like hamstring and groin strains - I can understand them," he told Arsenal's official matchday programme for Tuesday night's FA Cup quarter-final against Hull City.
"I have plenty of experience of this now, having been out for so long, and I think I am experiencing these little problems because I didn't have a pre-season.
"But I'm calm about it and I'm feeling better with every day and every training session."
