Brazilian striker Nene has played down rumours linking him with a move to Arsenal.
Press reports have suggested the Gunners are interested in the 25-year-old, who is currently contracted to Portuguese Liga side Nacional.
But highly-rated attacker Nene has insisted that no official approach has been made for his services, while Arsenal have yet to comment on the speculation.
Nene told Antena 1: "I only know about the rumours in the press. I have spoken with my agent and we still have not received a concrete offer.
"I am focused on helping Nacional to secure success this season. My dream is to progress in football and it is normal that I desire a bright future."
