Roberto Mancini's agent does not think the Italian is a realistic candidate for the vacant Chelsea job.
Giorgio De Giorgis has confirmed that the former Inter Milan chief has not been contacted by the Blues.
As a result De Giorgis does not feel that Mancini - who is currently out of work - is a likely option.
"No-one has contacted us, hence, I exclude the possibility that Mancini will go to Chelsea," De Giorgis told the Italian media.
"We are aware of Scolari's sacking but they would have contacted us in case they had thought about him (Mancini).
"Instead, they have contacted others."
