Portsmouth manager Tony Adams insists he is not worried about his job.
Despite only taking charge in October, following Harry Redknapp's departure to Tottenham, rumours are rife that Adams is in danger of losing his job.
Pompey lost to Fulham at the weekend, their 10th defeat of the season, and it is claimed that their forming sporting director Avram Grant has been approached to return to the club.
However, Adams is shrugging off the speculation and insists he has no fears about his position at Fratton Park.
"I don't fear for my future, it's all good at the moment. Football is very short term but I've only been here three months," said Adams in The News.
"I'm sure they'll let me know when they've had enough though.
"I think they understand the situation of what's going on at the club, the last two months have been difficult, on and off the pitch.
"I'm no runner. I'll still be here until they sack me.
"It's football, we're not getting results at the minute but I still love it, every minute of it.
"To be honest, the wife wants me at home but only for child care.
"She'd want me out of the job tomorrow, my missus, but unfortunately I love it and I'm going to get on with my job.
"It's a privilege, absolutely, it's a fantastic job, fantastic, even if it is difficult."
