Lincoln winger Dany N'Guessan admits the offer of a new contract from manager Peter Jackson has given him a confidence boost.
The Frenchman has scored four goals for the Imps this season and host of clubs have been linked with the former Rangers man.
Wigan, West Brom and Hull are all said to be interested along with foreign giants Marseille and Valencia.
Despite the rumours, contract talks have opened between his agent and the club.
N'Guessan told the Lincolnshire Echo: "That gives me confidence because he believes in me and wants me to be the best I can be.
"He pushes me all the time. I listen to him and try to do my best all the time.
"This year I'm a lot more confident than I was last year and I feel I've been more consistent."
