Parker is just one of a number of Hammers stars being linked with a move away from Upton Park.
Reports had suggested that Manchester City were about to seal a deal worth around £12million for the England international.
With Parker known to be one of the club's top earners, and West Ham struggling to cope in the current financial climate, it seemed the club would be ready to let the former Chelsea and Newcastle man move on.
But now The Hammers have told Sky Sports News that Parker will not be leaving the club.
