Blackburn have agreed a deal to sign Northampton goalkeeper Mark Bunn.
Northampton have confirmed they have agreed an undisclosed fee with Rovers for the highly-rated custodian with the move subject to a successful medical.
Bunn has now been given permission to hold talks with Blackburn over a move to Ewood Park.
Rovers set their sights on Bunn after being rebuffed in their overtures for Bolton keeper Ali Al Habsi.
If Bunn completes his move to Blackburn he will become Paul Ince's seventh signing of the summer.
